We operate the website pipa.cloud (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

Purchases and Payment
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. All payments shall be in US dollars. We may change prices at any time.
Free Trial
We may offer a 7-day free trial to new users who register with the Services. If a free trial is offered, the account will be charged according to the user's chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at support@pipa.cloud.
Prohibited Activities
As a user of the Services, you agree not to systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services without written permission, trick or defraud us or other users, circumvent security features, use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations, or use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise in competition with us.
Services Management
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; and otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.

Dispute Resolution
To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.
